The most amazingly gracious people! Jennifer has donated more pizzas than I can remember to The Feeding Madison County ministry that I volunteer at every Tuesday night. She has been generous to do this several times a year for several years now. A business with a heart this big deserves our patronage! I'm not aware of any other restaraunt that will donate and deliver so many pizzas and volunteer to hand them out free to hungry families for several hours, donating their personal time. I've been a volunteer since very close to the beginning of this ministry and still find myself amazed at the generousity of Kim and Anne and the staff of Feeding Madison County and Marco's Pizza. This is a true blessing to the community. The clients who came in for food were grateful for the excellent warm pizza and loved interacting with Jennifer and Emily who helped them feel welcome. Thank you so much for your warm kind hearts. It was a pleasure being a volunteer with you!

We have ordered from this Marcos weekly for almost a year now and I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience. We usually order online and have it delivered which have always been very fast. the food has been consistently good and orders are 99% accurate to what we ordered which is unheard of these days! Very friendly staff and owner. Thank you for your dedication to good food/service for a fair price. Keep it up!

This establishment is amazing. My food is always accurate and a good temperature. Jennifer is amazing and always willing to help when she can. Marcos supports our local schools and youth sports. By supporting Marcos, you are supporting the youth of our community. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it!!

Ordered delivery today and the young lady who took my order was not only friendly and professional she was very helpful as well, she gave us options and explained the cost well. The food was great! Very flavorful and tasty and unlike other pizzas we have had from other chains Marcos didn't skimp with the toppings and the thin crust was perfect. Well worth the money spent today.

I've been a frequent customer of this location for almost 2.5 years now and I won't eat pizza anywhere else. Everyone has their favorite style, and I've had pizza all over the country including NY, Chicago, and everywhere in between--but Marco's holds a special place in my heart! The garlic parm crust is the absolute best of anywhere I've tried, the staff are always friendly and eager to help, and I just can't find a better value anywhere else! Team Marcos!

Marcos is our quick go-to pizza night. It's always fresh and hot, and I never have to wait long when ordering in the store. It's faster if you order online. Service has always been great.

*Edit* Management called today to explain and to apologize, which shows accountability in a huge way. I am raising my review just due to the communication alone. Hopefully, these last 2 times are just an anomaly as we don't usually have bad service from this location. We like Marcos, but the last 2 times we ordered, it has taken them 2 hours+ to deliver our order. The time between us ordering online, and someone actually pulling the ticket was an hour alone. Then, when we called, they didn't even know where our order was. The driver showed up 27 minutes after we called to check on the status. The pizza was warm, but definitely not hot. We also tipped 20% up front, which I think was a mistake.
